In 2017 we are extending the Hootie food offering to two venues – the Sandy Park and the Viaduct Meadow.
The Sandy Park will be hosting La Crepes des Delices, Wood Fired Wonders, Boardwalk BBQ and Monkey Puzzle – an artisan coffee van & espresso martini bar.
The Viaduct Meadow will play host to Indian Street Kitchen, Pulled Food, Jerk Joint, Rupert Street, Grass Roots Forest School and will also host Monkey Puzzle.
Be sure to check them out!
La Crepes des Delices
Sweet and savoury crêpes made to order from a traditional family recipe using authentic sweet and savoury batters and a mouthwatering selection of fillings.
An artisan coffee van specializing in great tasting, ethical, high quality produce. They serve coffee, hot drinks and Espresso Martini’s from their van. Coffee is served from a Manual Lever machine, making exceptional tasting coffee and adding to the exhibition of creating hand pulled coffee. The same delicious high quality coffee makes their speciality cocktail the Espresso Martini. Also serving delicious fairtrade cakes, cookies, crisps and snacks.
Simply put, Pulled Food is all about taking things slow – taking British Free Range meats and roasting them on a low heat for a long time and packing them full of flavour. Their trademark products are lovingly hand pulled ……leaving you with a ridiculously tasty mouthful.
Pulled Food also cater for veggies with their BBQ pulled Jackfruit – just as delicious but meat free, low fat & low cholesterol.
