Hailing from New York, Alix is influenced by different genres and keeps his music fresh and exciting by blending rock, soul and funk in a wide-ranging repertoire including James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, The Doors etc.  More recently his original music can be heard blending blues with jazz.

Alix can be seen touring the Home Counties with his Alix Live Band and Alix Anthony Band performing a mix of his own material and covers as one of the most versatile acts available to live music festivals and venues including private celebration events
